1. Scope of Services
- Anjni Media provides website development, digital marketing, and related services.
- We offer a free demo of your site hosted on our subdomain. For premium domains, the cost of domain registration and hosting must be borne by the client.
- Our services include website design, development, e-commerce functionality, payment integration, and post-launch support as per the chosen package.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule, which will be detailed in the project agreement.
- The client is responsible for paying the costs of any premium domain, hosting, or additional features not included in the standard package.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are limited to development charges only. Costs associated with domain registration and hosting are non-refundable.
- A refund request must be made within 1 month of the site’s completion.
- If a refund is granted, all files, designs, and related data will be removed from our servers, and access will no longer be available to the client.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client owns the website and its content, excluding any proprietary tools or templates used by Anjni Media.
- The client is responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any content, images, or data they provide for the project.
5. Portfolio Use
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client, Anjni Media reserves the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio.
6. Support and Maintenance
- Post-launch support is provided for one year as per the selected package.
- Any requests for changes or additional features beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges.
7. Liability
- Anjni Media is not liable for issues arising from third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways).
- While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of the website due to external factors beyond our control.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice if terms are violated or if unforeseen circumstances arise.
- In case of termination by the client, no refunds will be provided for work already completed.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be resolved amicably through mediation. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of [Delhi High Courru].
10. Changes to Terms
- Anjni Media reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
